Shipping, Refunds and Returns Policy

Welcome to my product shipping FAQ.

Here you will find information and answers to all questions regarding shipping, refunds, returns and exchanges of Freeform Visions Products.

shipping Information

Freeform Visions ships via Canada Post, FedEx and UPS.

Freeform Visions offers free standard shipping Canada Wide.

A flat rate of 12.00$ will be added for shipping to the USA.

A Flat Rate of 24.00$ will be added for everywhere else in the world.

Processing time for Canadian orders is 1-3 days and 2-5 days for all orders outside of Canada.

A delivery estimates and tracking number are provided with each individual order upon sent shipment. You cam expect on average 1-2 weeks shipping time for Canadian orders, 2-3 weeks for US orders and 2-4 weeks for all other locations.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

When an item is defective, not to your expectation or liking, Freeform Visions will accept returns.

Contact Jojo so you can discuss and come to an agreement where you will be satisfied. Jojo is always open to discussing full refunds upon intact product return or exchanges for the same or a different product within the same price zone.

Grace Period

Freeform Visions does not accept returns and make exchanges after 30 days of receiving the item.

The refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. You will not be offered a refund or exchange beyond 30 days of receipt of item.


Excluded from refunds, returns or exchanges are original works of art. Freeform Visions does not accept returns or exchanges on original artworks. Refunds will also not be granted for original artwork purchases.

Return and Refund Process 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

To be considered for eligibility of a refund without return, a photograph proof of the defective or broken item must be sent to Jojo along with your order information. 

For completing your return, Freeform Visions will require a receipt, order number or proof of purchase email.

In some cases you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. This is decided on a case by case basis. Please contact Jojo here to discuss.

Once your return is received, it will inspected and an email will be sent to notify you that we have received your returned item and wether or not it’s condition was satisfactory. You will at that time be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refund  and Exchange Timeline 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you chose to exchange your product for the same product or another product of a similar price point, a new product will be sent to you.

Depending on where you live, the time it will take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. You will be provided a new tracking number for the exchanged item. The shipping of the new item to you will be covered by Freeform Visions.

Late or missing refunds

Haven’t received a refund yet and it has been over a week?

Firstly, check your bank statement or credit card balance and transaction history.

Then, contact your credit card company or bank for a timeline, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted to your account.

There will often be some lengthy processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items eligibility 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, returned or exchanged. Sale items cannot be refunded, returned or exchanged. Therefore, if you purchased an item at a discounted price, that item is considered final sale. This includes the use of discount codes. 

The only exception to this rule is if the product arrived defective or broken. In this case, photographic proof of said defect will be required.
