I will hold onto these words forever:

“Whatever the question, love is always the answer.”

That’s my best quote and the one I live by most. Here’s a poem from my poetry book entitled The Crumbling Tower of my Life. I feel as though it sums up this way of life I choose to lead perfectly.

UNDEFEATED CHAMP (love wins)

Treasured lips

Stolen kisses

Hugs 5 seconds too long

Squeeze back

Hold tight

Believe in me

See me

As I see you

A polite nod

A causal wave

A smile from a stranger

Or better yet

A compliment

Take the chance

Make someone’s day

What risk is there

To genuine connections

To innocent interactions

I’ve said it before

It’s the little things

The little pockets of joy

The purest forms of love

Shown to us

Everyday

Echoing

Creating ripples
